I love getting ideas from them because I've already been able to dip into the story and experiencing what it's about. :DSarah Mäkelähttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10239437847082720298noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17424387.post-34260995488624590642009-03-17T10:51:00.000-04:002009-03-17T10:51:00.000-04:00I'm known for my strange dreams, too. In fact, I ...I'm known for my strange dreams, too. In fact, I often "broadcast" my dreams, so others in the house get to have weird ones when I do. My husband is not amused because they often wake him up.

I dream in full color with a smattering of the other senses thrown in. All have high emotion. And they are long. Many are story-worthy and even come with character names and titles.

Mother of the Bridge--a paranormal with a female archeologist, a lost society in a volcanic crater, and military jerks that will destroy it all...she saves one infant from the society to become the mother of the bridge."

A Turn at the Strings--a Christmas YA story, possibly a short. Takes place in Russia, and involves a young boy, a reindeer and sleigh, and a lost princess. The boy's guardian is a puppetmaster...but perhaps he is someone even more important.

Like Sarah, I don't often have nightmares. I did have one about trying to pin a spider for a collection. As with butterflies and moths, I had the legs in waxed paper so it would dry with the legs spread out rather than curled. Unfortunately, the spider was still alive and kept pulling its legs out of the paper. It was a big grey and black and yellow hairy thing...rather nasty looking. It gave me the creepy crawlies, and I tried to scale the horizontal blinds to get away from it. My husband woke me up at this point because I was all over the bed trying to get away from the dang spider. Yep. He had to calm me down before I could go back to sleep.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
